3D Printing
Our 3D printing services offer a range of solutions from large-scale prototypes End use parts and functional parts to intricate, high-resolution models. We utilize advanced technologies, including FDM, FFF, DMLS, SLA, and binder jetting, to meet diverse needs. Whether you require detailed resin prints, durable thermoplastic parts, high-performance metal components or full-color prototypes, our services deliver high-quality results tailored to your specifications. The 3D printing process starts with preparing a CAD model and selecting a printer based on the parts application. An existing part can be scanned to create an STL file for reverse engineering or direct measurement. The printed parts are then inspected for accuracy using 3D scanning and PolyWorks software
Our Technologies
The EOS 290 series uses Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) for high-quality, durable metal parts. It supports a range of metallic powders and features efficient powder handling.
German RepRap X1000 ( FFF) allows for large-scale prints with a variety of materials, making it ideal for creating large prototypes and functional parts
Zortrax models provide reliable, high-quality prints with options for various sizes and connectivity features, suitable for both small and large projects.
Stratasys MC400 are excellent for precise prototypes and functional parts using FDM technology, with the MC400 accommodating larger parts in aerospace , aviation , and automotive .
Formlabs Form 3L (SLA) is perfect for high-detail resin prints, such as intricate prototypes and end-use parts.
ZPrinter 650 BJ enables full-color, high-resolution models for visualization and detailed prototypes.
HandyScan 700 provides high-precision scanning for reverse engineering, quality control, and detailed data capture across industries like automotive, aerospace, and healthcare.
